The goal of this position is to ensure the successful adoption of tools and processes for product management activities with respect to new product commercialization. Successful execution of projects related to this topic will demonstrate Product Management principles in practice in a high-tech organization.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $19.00 - $23.00 per hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in this Role:

• Become an expert in new tools and processes for adoption
• Create training documentation to share across the department
• Conduct workshops in which to transfer knowledge
• Assist in the rollout of new tools and processes for the product management department
• Assist in change management protocol

What We are Looking For:

• Project Management tools and competencies, MS Project experience, Planisware experience a plus
• Change Management, Process Excellence
• Senior or Grad Student Level
