The Agentforce for Life Sciences (AFLS) product team is building industry specific products for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech customers. We are looking for a Product Management Director to help shape Events Management, a major workflow area that spans field events, speaker programs, advisory boards, home office events, approvals, budgets, compliance, and customer engagement.

This role is a chance to work on a high visibility product area at a pivotal moment for the life sciences industry. You will help define how Salesforce supports complex, regulated event workflows with scalable product capabilities, modern automation, and trusted AI.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and release scope for Events Management capabilities within AFLS

  • Translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements, user workflows, data model needs, and delivery plans

  • Partner across product, engineering, design, architecture, solution engineering, customer success, and go to market teams to deliver scalable product capabilities

  • Identify opportunities to simplify event workflows through automation, AI, guided experiences, and compliance by design

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, CRM, workflow platforms, or related SaaS products

  • Experience owning complex product areas from discovery through delivery, including roadmap definition, requirements, prioritization, and release execution

  • Strong systems thinking across workflows, data models, roles, permissions, approvals, integrations, and operational dependencies

  • Experience working with enterprise customers and cross functional teams to clarify requirements, make tradeoffs, and deliver scalable product capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, medtech, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry

  • Experience with events management, speaker programs, advisory boards, grants, compliance workflows, contracts, payments, or commercial operations

  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, field force workflows, customer engagement, or industry cloud products

  • Experience applying AI, automation, guided workflows, or agentic experiences to enterprise business processes

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $197,300 - $313,700 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $237,700 - $344,700 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
