SUMMARY

The Below-the-neck (BTN) product team has grown significantly across multiple glove categories. This growth has created a need for an additional resource to support the day-to-day product management activities across these categories.

To this end, we are seeking a highly energetic, well-organized professional to support our product managers. This position will report directly to the Sr. Sourcing and Procurement Manager and offers ample opportunity for growth not only in our product team functions, but within the organization.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Management

  • Perform basic product management activities including, but not limited to, product specification management, product standard and certification documentation, new product set up, competitive product research, and general product documentation control
  • Works in conjunction with multiple departments including sales, marketing, operations, and quality assurance within the defined product categories to execute category objectives
  • Provide administrative support to the Product Managers as needed
  • Basic knowledge of subject matter across each product category
  • Basic knowledge of product standard requirements in each product category
  • Provides support in education and training on HexArmor’s BTN product categories
  • Provides support with research – product, market, competitors, price positioning, etc.
  • Executes sample requests and scheduling shipments to domestic and international partners
  • Seeks opportunities to refine and improve processes

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to provide high level of customer service both to internal and external customers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Efficient in the use of Microsoft office applications
  • Knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
  • 0-2 years relevant work experience
  • 0-10% travel to domestic customers and international partner factories
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a part of a high-performance team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Product customization experience preferred, but not required
