Product Management Co-Op

We are seeking a talented, energetic students to join the Product Management team in our Milton Office location as Product Management Co-Op. Duration for this role would be for 4 months (May 2026 – August 2026). This position is fully onsite role.

Location : 8024 Esquesing Line, Milton, ON L9T 6W3

The hourly pay rate for this position is between the range $21-$25. Compensation is determined based on the student’s academic program, year of study, relevant work experience, job responsibilities, and work location.

What you will be doing:

This position reports to Senior Product Manager and as a member of the ROCKWOOL Product Management Team, you will:

  • Work on market analysis and business case projects that span our full product portfolio, including: Thermal & Acoustic Batts, Metal Building Insulation, Continuous Insulation, Roofing, Core Solutions, and Curtain Wall & Fire Stopping.

  • Develop business cases targeting specific market segments to help expand the ROCKWOOL stone wool market in North America. This could include building cases around innovative new product ideas or applications, or finding ways to leverage existing products into new applications.

  • Conduct market research on ROCKWOOL products and opportunities in the Canadian and USA markets.

  • Analyze competitors in the insulation market and assess how they impact the business cases and strategies you are developing.

  • Support product managers in their day-to-day activities, which may include:

    • Tracking and supporting product-related projects

    • Creating and refining presentations for internal and external stakeholders

    • Analyzing SKU performance and product data

    • Working with the sales team to gather market feedback and insights

  • At the end of your assignment, you will have the opportunity to share information about your experience with other students and with ROCKWOOL management.

What you bring:

  • Currently pursuing a post-secondary university degree or college diploma in: Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Comfortable with coursework or experience in:

    • Creating and presenting business cases

    • Strategic market development

    • Financial and market analysis

  • Skilled in:

    • Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams)

    • Organizing and managing multiple tasks or projects at once

    • Communicating clearly, both in writing and in presentations

    • Networking with peers and creating partnerships

  • A strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with building materials or the construction industry
