Product Management Advisor, Client Support - Evernorth - Hybrid

Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Product Management Advisor to backfill a critical role supporting the OnePA platform. This individual will ensure continuity in client implementations, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. The Advisor will play a key role in managing complex client migrations, resolving issues, and driving process improvements across Prior Authorization (PA) operations.

This role requires a strong understanding of PBM operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead initiatives in a dynamic environment. The Advisor will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting both internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless transitions and sustained performance.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as a client-facing advisor for OnePA implementations and migrations.
  • Provide strategic support and guidance to internal Analysts and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead and manage client implementations to OnePA, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Perform internal validation and execute testing for new and existing clients
  • Establish and maintain documentation for client requirements.
  • Analyze efficiency opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Deliver presentations and training to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and readiness for client onboarding.
  • Support issue resolution and communicate client impacts effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience in business requirements analysis and client-facing roles.
  • Experience with OnePA or other software as a service platform preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Experience in Medical Drug Management (MDM) products is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
