The PLM owns the CMP Aix service portfolio and ensures solutions deliver measurable customer value while remaining operationally viable in high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environments.

The role requires close partnership with CMP BU, DT, FSO, Sales, and customers, and the ability to operate independently while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Translate CMP customer HVPs into scalable analytics use cases.

  • Integrate CMP domain knowledge with data science, software platforms, and diagnostics

  • Capture and institutionalize Best Known Methods (BKMs) for CMP analytics deployment and execution

Support Field & Customer Engagement

  • Partner closely with FSO site leadership and SPO to ensure CMP Aix solutions align with fab operational realities

  • Support customer engagements by clearly articulating technical value, business impact, and ROI

  • Drive adoption of Aix solutions at CMP HVM sites while balancing customer value and FSO productivity

  • Incorporate field and customer feedback to continuously refine CMP Aix offerings

Strategic & Operational Alignment

  • Support corporate initiatives including Annual Strategic Planning and Quarterly Product Reviews

  • Track commitments, milestones, and deliverables using structured tools (roadmaps, timelines, Gantt charts)

  • Influence stakeholders across CMP BU, DT, Aix, and FSO to drive alignment and execution

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline

  • 4–7 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, services, analytics, or software-enabled products

  • CMP experience strongly preferred (process, hardware, consumables, or service)

  • Strong understanding of analytics, diagnostics, and equipment health monitoring concepts

  • Ability to translate complex CMP technical topics into clear customer and executive messaging

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
