WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH 

In this role, you will support Product Line Managers across multiple business segments and consumer groups within North America Local Creation Apparel. You will partner closely with Product, Design, and Development teammates to drive clarity, accuracy, and execution across the end-to-end product creation process. 

 

You will also maintain direct ownership of a product segment, which may evolve season over season based on business needs. This includes managing product details, timelines, and tools to ensure delivery against consumer needs and seasonal priorities. You will collaborate closely with cross functional partners, including Merchandising and Global Product Creation teams, to support alignment and execution. 

 

You will be part of a fastmoving, highly collaborative team, contributing to the continuous improvement of how the organization works and helping ensure teams have what they need to deliver compelling product with speed and precision. 

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

We’re looking for a Product Line Manager II to join the North America Local Creation Apparel team. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely organized, detail oriented, and execution focused, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to accuracy. 

 

The ideal candidate brings familiarity with the North America consumer and marketplace, along with a passion and intuition for trend, culture, and what’s emerging next. You are energized by supporting multiple product areas while owning a defined product segment, and you take pride in managing details, timelines, and tools that enable teams to operate efficiently and effectively.

You are a strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across functions and contributing meaningfully to team discussions, while remaining grounded in hands-on execution. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education,experience,and training. 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in apparel product creation, product line management, merchandising, or related discipline 

  • Familiarity with the North America apparel consumer and marketplace, with passion and intuition for trend, culture, and emerging insights 

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through 

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fastmoving environment 

  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability, with pride in delivering high quality, reliable work 

  • Experience supporting cross functional teams across the product creation process 

  • Comfort owning a defined product segment while supporting broader business needs 

  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for refining tools and processes to be more efficient and compelling 

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working across functions 

  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguity while remaining adaptable 

 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON 

You will support the product creation process across multiple business and consumer segments while directly owning a defined product segment for the North America consumer. You will help translate strategy, consumer insight, and trend into clear tools, briefs, and supporting information that enable strong execution by Design and Development partners. 

 

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate product data, managing timelines and deliverables, and obsessing the details throughout the season. You will contribute to presentations, process improvements, and tool development, bringing a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability to your work. This role is critical to ensuring teams move fast without sacrificing accuracy, quality, or consumer relevance.
