Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and experience in product life cycle analysis, product change notification, order management, planning, supply chain management
  • Familiar with the parts used on semiconductor equipment, understand the basic functions of the parts
  • Strong engineering mindset, be able to interpret the data collected by engineering team
  • Good understanding of AGS POA of Spares and Service
  • Knowledge of SAP or any ERP or PLM tools
  • Apply data analytics to service agreements, parts replacement, and spares to identify trends and guide strategy development
  • Ability to perform data analysis and modelling using Python/SQL/Excel and Tableau considered
  • Ability to conduct frontend development such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Ability to create responsive design and UI/UX principles
  • Ability to integrate data analytics reports into web-based platforms
  • Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, and anomaly detection.
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and model deployment best practices
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on statistical and data analysis
  • Demonstratable problem solving skills and presenting effectively to a variety of stakeholders
  • Establish trust-based relationships and work effectively with diverse teams
  • Track and monitor competitor activity and centralize the intelligence information for business decision making
  • Identify new Market opportunities, define market share penetration and retention strategies with sales and FSO teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Masters/MBA in Analytics, Engineering, Product Marketing, Product Management, or related considered
  • Relevant experience in Semiconductor or Adjacent industries highly desirable
  • Industry Experience in Data Analytics environment is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience in web application development (frontend and backend)
  • Desired Technical Skills:
    • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue)
    • Data Engineering & Modeling: Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
    • Database: SQL

    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

    For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
