What you will do

The Product Line Finance Director, reporting directly to the CFO, is the primary finance business partner to the Product Line Leader. The role drives financial steering, delivers insightful analysis, and provides robust challenge across all markets. Operating in a complex multinational matrix, this position requires strong business acumen and the ability to build credibility with both the Product Line Leader and market stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic finance partner to the Product Line Leader, offering insights, challenge, and decision support.

• Manage E2E P&L, leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for the Product Line across all markets.

• Consolidate and interpret Product Line financials globally, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

• Navigate and influence the multinational matrix (HQ Finance, Markets, Product Line leadership, market controllers).

• Challenge market assumptions, performance, and plans to secure delivery of Product Line targets.

• Collaborate closely with Product Line finance representatives in markets to ensure reliable inputs and fact‑based planning.

• Provide financial modelling, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic decisions.

• Ensure compliance with financial governance and contribute to continuous process improvements.

What you need to succeed

Must have

• Prior experience in multinational companies

• Strong business acumen, ensuring credibility with markets and the Product Line Leader.

• Comfortable with pan-European set up and cross cultural collaboration.

Nice to have: MBA is a plus

Education: University degree

Professional experience: At least 10 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering roles.

Language: Fluent English required; Chinese is a plus.

Soft skills

• Excellent communication skills, able to translate financial insights into clear business recommendations

• Proven ability to lead and influence across complex matrix structures.

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial systems and reporting tool
