You will maintain visibility over the entire product portfolio—past, current, and future—and act as the central coordination point for all PLM-related changes, including introductions, retirements, and transitions.
As the PLM Lead, you will connect Planning with PLM, Marketing, and Engineering, ensuring portfolio changes are understood, assessed, and reflected in operational plans. You will also lead the assembly and facilitation of the IBP Supply Management Review (SMR), driving consensus on high-level demand assumptions across Finance, Marketing, and Planning.
