The primary responsibility of the Product Lifecycle & Launch Marketing Manager is to lead product launches and manage the entire lifecycle of Insulet’s portfolio in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. This role ensures successful market introductions, optimizes product performance, and enhances customer experience across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Head of Marketing GSA, the position requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a data-driven approach to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
Key Decision Rights
- Drive end-to-end efficient launch of new products, business models, and multichannel marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention across DACH.
- Work independently on marketing projects and in cross-departmental teams, including Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Medical, Legal/Compliance.
- Identify innovation opportunities based on market insights and prior experience; use innovative marketing tactics to deliver product launches and growth.
- Define the local launch project plan according to the requirements in alignment with multiple departments (DTC & HCP Mkt, Medical, Training, Customer Care etc.)
- Work on marketing assets tailored to country-specific needs; manage approval processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Implement commercialization activities along the funnel and monitor performance metrics.
- Manage engagement with marketing agencies and other providers to support country programs.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams and International Marketing, End-to-end team and international stakeholders to optimize the customer journey.
- Own alliances and partnership programs among industry partners.
- Drive social media activities, digital marketing, and influencer programs to strengthen brand presence

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, e.g. in marketing, economics, communication or related fields or equivalent
- Demonstrated relevant professional experience in Marketing, including driving and implementing product launches in MedTech
- Knowledge of the diabetes market and key market players in the region's markets to identify market opportunities
- Experience in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, OTC or consumer goods sectors
- Familiar with the MS Office package
- Good knowledge of English and German
- Confident in German (written and spoken)
- Deep insights to the diabetes market, pump market insights is a plus
Additional Information
The position can be remote, hybrid or in-person at our Munich office.
Travel is estimated at 25% but will flex depending on business need.
