Job Description

The Product Lead (Postpaid and Platinum) is accountable for the end-to-end stewardship of the Postpaid and Platinum product portfolio across all stages of the product lifecycle. The role champions consistent, reliable, and customer-centric product experiences that drive sustainable business outcomes, ensuring strong alignment between customer value, commercial performance, and enterprise priorities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Postpaid and Platinum product portfolio, driving adoption, value maximization, optimization, and timely retirement of products.

  • Partner closely with Customer-Facing Units (CFUs) to define product strategy, value propositions, channels, and distribution approaches aligned to target customer segments.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize product profitability, grounded in end-to-end product costing, margin management, and performance tracking.

  • Maintain and continuously evolve the product roadmap based on deep customer insights, usage data, and market trends, ensuring alignment with episode priorities, funding, and resource plans.

  • Serve as the product authority and steward, ensuring product decisions balance customer experience, operational sustainability, and business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in product, customer experience, marketing and/or brand management

- At least 5 years in a leadership role, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-impact projects

- Deep experience in customer journey design driven by strong customer insights, preferably in usage-centric businesses like Telco or FinTech

- Ability to apply strategic foresight to anticipate customer behavior shifts, market changes and technology trends

- Strong analytical and data fluency, comfortable working with product analytics tools

- Track record of building and launching habit-forming products that drive user engagement and retention

- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

- Deep empathy for customers and passion for solving real user problems

Nice-to-have qualifications:

- Experience in the telecommunications strategy, especially in mobile prepaid/postpaid

- Knowledgable in behavioral design, growth loops, or gamification mechanics to encourage frequent and sticky usage

- Background in designing digital/non-digital self-service experiences for top-ups, usage tracking, offer consumption, etc.
