  • Manage stakeholder engagement across a matrixed organization, including actuaries, consultants, investment professionals, and technology teams—to build alignment and ensure relevance

  • Perform market analysis and user research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs and evaluate competition

  • Translate business and client challenges into solution hypotheses and product requirements that deliver intuitive, scalable, and client-centric solutions, working through ambiguity and iterating in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Apply deep experience in platform design and digital transformation to modernize legacy processes and drive client experience

  • Drive adoption and engagement to achieve target KPIs.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, risk, Operations) to ensure smooth, secure, and well-governed product rollouts.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Economics); MBA or advanced degree a plus

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a track record of leading B2B or platform-based SaaS products from concept to scale

  • Experience in global financial services organizations

  • Familiarity with relevant technologies, platforms and data analysis methodologies

  • Experience delivering complex enterprise features across various internal and external personas

  • Strong background in customer-centric, experience-led application delivery

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex product concepts to stakeholders and leadership teams

  • Experience working in Agile environments with product discovery, backlog ownership, and roadmap development responsibilities.

What makes you stand out:

  • Familiarity with AI/LLM-based product design, B2B platform design and intelligent automation

  • Strong grasp of customer-centric product design and commercial framing

  • Expertise in building products from conceptualization through to release

  • Comfortable driving transformation within complex organizations.

  • Familiarity with platforms, technologies, and data science concepts relevant to automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows

  • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product opportunities

  • Experience influencing across functional boundaries and working with global delivery teams.
