The Product IT Specialist is responsible for installing and maintaining Roche Diagnostics IT Products and Roche Instruments’ operating software and workflow at Customer sites. You will play an important role in planning, implementing, creating, organizing and monitoring the activities of workflow & IT Solutions products.
Your Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders, IT partners and customers to design and build workflow & IT solutions for our customers.
Install, maintain and troubleshooting Roche IT products at Customer sites.
Install, maintain, and secure Windows-based environments (physical and virtual) and physical Firewalls to ensure seamless connectivity between devices and servers.
Lead comprehensive troubleshooting of complex IT ecosystems—including servers, middleware, and integrations.
Partner with customers' IT and Information Security teams to define access protocols, ensure secure communication, and verify compliance with organizational cybersecurity requirements.
Provides consultation on connectivity solutions, regulatory compliance, security and virus protection concerns and the implementation of our products.
Supports first implementation and subsequent implementations or modifications of the designed solutions at customer's sites.
Supports relevant business opportunities for the assigned portfolio by helping to define tailored solutions based on customers' needs and objectives.
Ensure activity planning/reporting on the CRM software, keeping data updated.
Who You Are
Hold a diploma in IT, Automation or Networking
Experience with HL7/ASTM protocols- advantage
Work experience in data security, IT support, networking or IT product support – advantage
Work experience in medical laboratories – advantage
Strong in problem solving and troubleshooting
Excellent communications and presentation skills, proactive, dynamic, independent, autodidact and able to work under pressure
Customer focused and a strong team player
Fluent in English and Hebrew (both oral and written)
Driving license
