Every day, Cambia’s dedicated team of Product Implementation Managers are living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the Product Management team, our Product Implementation Manager II leads the implementation and market delivery of new products and enhancements using project management principles, ensuring projects align with business strategy while meeting schedule, budget, and customer requirements. This role manages all project aspects from planning through execution, including estimates, schedules, risk management, and resources, while successfully handling multiple concurrent projects – all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia: 

 

Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of experience managing large and complex projects.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements

  • Bachelor degree or 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects through organizations, navigate regulatory and legal requirements, optimize development time and processes

  • Keep diverse teams aligned toward a common goal under pressure - to build and maintain relationships with many different levels of stakeholders across the organization to engage them in the work

  • Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to identify issues, mediate conflicts, and implement effective solutions

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer service orientation and presentation experience at all management levels

  • Functional expertise in Product Development Lifecycle, Change Management, Risk Management, Project Planning, and Resource Budgeting

  • Demonstrated success meeting project budgets, timelines, and requirements while mentoring and developing other project managers

  • Skilled in mitigating delays, managing critical resource allocation, and conducting risk assessment with contingency planning

  • Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making highly desired

What You Will Do at Cambia:  

 

  • Accountable for delivering multiple projects to successful completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budgetary constraints

  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and report project management activities in accordance with Enterprise Program Management Office policies and standards

  • Manage overall project plans and present status reports to organizational leadership, project teams, and client/customer groups

  • Ensure project outcomes through effective planning, scope management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, cost management, and stakeholder communication

  • Assemble and lead project teams by assigning responsibilities, identifying resources, and providing guidance and direction to team members

  • Define, collect, and analyze metrics to ensure projects remain on target while proactively recommending cost-effective courses of action

  • Contribute to development of company-adopted project management methods and ensure timely resolution of problems within project scope

The expected hiring range for the Product Implementation Manager II is $92,700 - $125,400 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%.  The current full salary range for this role is $87,000 - $142,000. #LI-hybrid
