The Product Implementation Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of customers for Dow Jones’ Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) suite of products, from pre-sales support through to business-as-usual operational management of the client requirements.
A key aspect involves developing tailored compliance processes that align with each client's unique policies and procedures. You'll lead all related activities, including the creation of Functional Specifications and project management activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing the client change management process throughout the entire client relationship, ensuring their ongoing needs are met.
Overall, the Product Implementation Manager will ensure that client implementations are delivered on time and within budget, while also managing the ongoing relationship and change management process.
This position reports to the Product Implementation Director, EMEA.
You Will:
Act as the primary operational contact for customers and responsible for the oversight of day-to-day management of TPRM implementations in assigned clients.
Present solutions and proposals for customer approval and provide training on the final solution.
Drive implementation of TPRM Products by tracking activity, resolving any problems that might arise. With responsibility for key project deliverables (Functional Specifications, User Acceptance Testing) and project planning/budget tracking.
Support integration for our SAAS products
Provide regular feedback to the Sales team during the implementation phase, escalating any changes that customers want to make that may have commercial implications.
Manage multiple customer implementations, whilst maintaining high levels of customer engagement.
Define and document concise functional specification documentation for approval by the customer for all implementations of TPRM Products or subsequent change requests.
Assist in the scoping and budget requirements of new implementations and change request projects.
Serve as liaison between the customers, sales and technical teams in the coordination, communication and delivery of all new implementations or changes to existing services.
Ensure that all company and department processes and policies are adhered to
Conduct insightful analysis into ongoing or one-time operational issues - highlighting relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
Understand customer and industry demand and provide feedback to inform the functional development of Dow Jones’ TPRM platforms.
You Have:
College degree strongly preferred (degree in business technology, business or law would be an advantage)
Relevant post-graduate commercial experience
Demonstrated proficiency in delivering technical products and training to individuals with non-technical backgrounds.
Proficiency in French is strongly desired
Enthusiasm for finding the right solutions for customers
Extensive interpersonal, planning and cross-group coordination skills at all levels
Ability to work on multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
Ability to define goals and milestones clearly, with a proven track record of delivery
Demonstrated ability to synthesize broad and complex information
Experience with project management tools desired
