The POS & Gateway Face to Face team is seeking a graduate to support key activities across the in‑person payments ecosystem, including payment terminals, gateways, and partner integrations.
This role is designed as a rotational graduate program, providing exposure across multiple areas of the department. The graduate will work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and Vendor partners to support testing, analysis, and operational delivery of POS solutions.
The role offers hands‑on experience in a regulated, enterprise payments environment and is ideal for a candidate interested in fintech, payments, technology, or product roles.
Our 2-year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and you will complete three rotations of 8 months:
Rotation 1 UAT and QA Testing
Support user acceptance and quality assurance testing activities across POS and gateway solutions.
Rotation 2 Production Support
Assist with operational support for live POS and gateway environments.
Rotation 3 Terminal Management Systems (TMS)
Gain exposure to terminal lifecycle management and configuration systems.

Basic qualifications:
Pursuing a any Business Bachelor’s degree in with a target completion date of May 2026 or class of 2025
1 year or less industry experience.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Attention to detail and a structured approach to work
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to start graduate program on 1 Sept 2026
Preferred qualifications:
Interest in payments, fintech, or enterprise technology
Basic understanding of software testing, APIs, or IT systems
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar (not mandatory)
Location: Arklow.
The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
