1. AI Product UX Design
- Lead the full UX design process for legal AI products, including interaction flowcharts, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and clear design documentation.
- Design interaction patterns and feedback mechanisms that align with user mental models, specifically addressing the unique characteristics of AI. Possess hands-on experience in interaction design for AI Agents.
- Work closely with UI engineers to ensure high-fidelity design implementation while considering technical feasibility.
2. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Lead customer research: uncover pain points and unmet needs of AI tools through interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing, etc.
- Conduct market analysis & competitive research: track cutting-edge design and interaction innovations in domestic and international legal AI tools, produce analysis reports, and translate insights into product improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers on requirement prioritization and participate in product roadmap planning.
3. Product Launch Support & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Create demo materials for AI product launches (e.g., scenario-based videos, interaction flow guides, customer presentation decks) to help the marketing/sales team accurately communicate product value.
- Support pre-sales engagements with key customers, explaining design philosophy and user value during customer demos.
4. Technology & Product Collaboration with Global peers
- Act as the UX interface between the local team and the global (overseas) technology/product team, participating in cross-timezone tech/product alignment meetings to drive consistency in design systems, component libraries, and AI interaction patterns.
- Adapt advanced AI interaction paradigms from the global team to the local legal context, while sharing local user insights with the global team.
【Requirements】
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; ability to independently engage in technical discussions, design reviews, and daily email communication with foreigner colleagues.
- Experience & Background: 5+ years of UX design or UX engineering experience, including at least 2 years deeply involved in designing AI products (conversational AI, recommendation systems, content generation, document analysis, etc.).
- Tools & Skills: Proficient in Figma (including components and variants), Sketch, etc.; ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes; basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for smooth collaboration with developers.
- User Research: Hands-on experience with contextual inquiry, usability testing, user interviews, and other research methods; able to independently complete the full cycle from research planning to insight implementation.
- Cross-cultural Communication Skills: Understand communication styles and decision-making processes across different cultures, and proactively manage the cadence of information synchronization.
- Systematic Thinking: Ability to understand integration points for AI tools from a high-level legal workflow perspective, rather than focusing only on individual interactions.
- Result-oriented: Capable of proactively driving tasks, managing expectations, and delivering high-quality results in the context of cross-border collaboration and multiple simultaneous local projects.
【Nice-to-Haves】
- UX design experience in legal tech, SaaS B2B, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with the fundamentals, capabilities, and limitations of large language models (LLMs), as well as common interaction paradigms.
- A design portfolio that includes at least one complete design case study of an AI product.
