Why Trellis AI?
We're building a full service platform to manage patient care. From document intake, processing insurance benefits and integrating with external healthcare systems, our purpose-built AI agents help process billions of dollars worth of therapies annually with patients in all fifty states. Think of us as the Stripe of healthcare billing and reimbursements.
Trellis AI is a spinout from Stanford AI Lab and is backed by leading investors including YC, General Catalyst, Telesoft Partners, and executives at Google and Salesforce.

Our engineering team's ethos
Engineering is core to Trellis. Almost everyone has a technical background and contributes to the product in one way or another.
