Greater China Regional Scientist for F&B - R&D
Working with regional marketing, supply chain, sales and Global R&D Innovation team, support the delivery of Greater China business via introduction of Innovations to the market, new product development and launch, business grow and margin improvement activities, maintaining product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Align the new product launch program/plan and support deployment of new innovations into the market.
- Develop new product as alignment with marketing / business, meet project target.
- Maintain compliant portfolios.
- Understand regulatory landscape and ensure compliance of portfolios.
- Well maintain portfolios.
- Support business to:
- Win new customers or grow existing customers via products recommendation，customer trial and problem solving, delivering solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain existing customers via problem solving and new solution opportunities.
- Provide product and application advice to sales and customers.
- Support Supply Chain:
- Margin improvement activities / projects.
- Complaint investigation caused by product formula.
- Support competitive product reviews / assessments to defend our position in the market.
Requirements:
- Master degree or above with Chemistry background.
- With at least 3 years work experience in F&B or Kitchen care .
- With good communication ability both in Chinese and English
