Position Summary

Collaborate with Product Development, Underwriting, and Compliance to ensure all Travel and A&H policy fulfillment documents and related marketing materials comply with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

Position Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end preparation and issuance of policies and fulfillment bundles for new and renewal business across programs, ensuring consistent use of filed and approved policy forms.
  • Develop and maintain A&H policy templates to meet evolving business needs.
  • Update Description of Coverage (DoC) and Policy documents in line with program design changes and newly approved regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Underwriting to implement periodic document updates driven by program changes and regulatory approvals; ensure all DoCs and Policies include required disclosures, state notices, and regulatory language.
  • Establish and maintain a structured fulfillment library in SharePoint, ensuring all PDF and editable Word documents are accessible and functional.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Product Development to streamline and enhance the policy issuance process for all Travel and A&H products.
  • Manage and contribute to special projects as assigned, delivering on schedule and with accuracy.

Key Competencies & Technical Skills

  • Experience with the policy issuance process in A&H or Travel Insurance (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient document management and editing abilities using Word, Adobe, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects across multi-functional departments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and highly self-directed.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Travel or A&H Insurance industry experience (preferred).

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.

$57,200 - $74,307 - $91,500

  • Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
