We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Digital Tribe and help create seamless, mobile‑first experiences across ING’s digital channels. Working as part of a cross‑functional expert team, as part of the Design Excellence team – you’ll bring together research, UX, UI, and Service Design to deliver simple, trusted and meaningful customer outcomes.
What you’ll do
Design end‑to‑end experiences across mobile and digital platforms, from Discovery, Research and ideation to prototyping, usability testing and delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brand and fellow designers to deliver customer‑positive solutions.
Create clear, intuitive interaction designs, customer journeys, wireframes and prototypes that align with ING’s challenger mindset.
Advocate for human‑centred design, accessibility best practices and consistent use of our global design system.
Communicate insights, design rationale and user needs to stakeholders, participating actively in critiques and agile ceremonies.
What we’re looking for
Proven capability in Figma, wireframing, prototyping and modern design tools.
2–4 years’ experience in UX or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing Product, UX, UI and Service Design skills.
A data‑informed, curious mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and translate insights into design decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in fast‑paced, agile, cross‑functional environments.
Passion for crafting simple, impactful mobile‑first customer experiences; financial services experience is a bonus, not a must.
