Product Designer, Account & Payments

Let’s start with the role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help improve and scale key experiences within our global Account & Payments ecosystem. This role focuses on Registration, Account, and Payments journeys—designing experiences that are intuitive, secure, scalable, locally relevant, and aligned with regional regulatory requirements as we continue expanding across international markets.

You’ll work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers across multiple regions, contributing to end-to-end experiences that balance usability, business goals, and operational complexity.

We operate within a centralized model, with structured processes, cross-team collaboration, and clear delivery frameworks designed to support both product quality and designer development.

 

As a Product Designer, you will:

• Design and prototype user experiences across Registration, Account, and Payments journeys
• Identify usability issues and contribute to product improvements through structured thinking
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers to support effective solutions
• Contribute to clear user flows, information hierarchies, and scalable interaction patterns
• Deliver responsive, high-quality interfaces aligned with the KATA Design System
• Use available research, product rationale, and feedback to inform design decisions
• Document design intent clearly for implementation and collaboration
• Participate in critiques and team rituals to strengthen design quality and consistency
• Stay open to emerging tools and workflows, including AI-assisted processes, that improve efficiency and learning

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in Product Design (UX/UI) across digital products such as fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or similar platforms
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals, with solid interaction design and prototyping skills
• Proficiency in Figma and other collaborative tools
• Ability to translate user and business needs into thoughtful design solutions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Comfort working within structured product and design environments
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to grow

• Exposure to regulated or payments-related environments
• Familiarity with localization and accessibility
• Basic knowledge of motion or interaction design
• Awareness of UX metrics and experimentation
• Interest in AI-assisted design workflows
