Exciting opportunity to join our Product team in a 9 Month Contract role (Parental Leave Cover), based in our Melbourne Support Office in Burnley.

You’ll be at the heart of our digital product design, turning insights into experiences that delight customers and drive business growth

 

What’s involved

  • Lead the design process end-to-end, from framing problems to crafting prototypes and delivering polished solutions.
  • Champion the customer voice in every decision, balancing desirability, feasibility, and viability.
  • Collaborate with product squads and stakeholders to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
  • Experiment and innovate, explore new ideas, validate with research, and iterate fast in an agile environment.
  • Raise the bar for design quality and accessibility, contributing to our growing UX/UI knowledge base.
  • Primarily crafting app experiences for in-store and shopping online

Who we’re looking for

Bringing your previous experience in Product Design, you’ll have be adaptable and have a lean UX mindset. You’re a curious, pragmatic thinker who thrives in a squad based, collaborative setting. You love solving complex problems with lean, polished solutions and bringing the perspective of the customer to the product and engineering teams.

 

You'll Need:

  • Solid experience (3+ years) in product design, ideally in digital or eCommerce.
  • Strong UI craft and a passion for accessible, functional interfaces.
  • Hands-on UX skills: user flows, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and usability testing.
  • Previous experience working with web, mobile or native applications
  • Experience using and contributing to Design Systems
  • Ability to integrate research into design decisions using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery and tools like Figma, Miro, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Experience across loyalty programs would be advantageous
