Define and own the design vision for Orbit: Set the north star UX for social trading, live streaming, KOL/creator tools, community spaces, and the social feed — translating strategy into design roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Lead design for high-impact social features: Ideate, prototype, test and iterate on experiences such as trade sharing, copy trading signals, live stream overlays, follower/following dynamics, community creation, and reputation systems.

Scale the Orbit design team: Recruit, mentor, and coach senior and mid-level designers. Build a high-performing team capable of shipping at social-product velocity across global markets.

Define performance frameworks: Establish accountability for measurable social and engagement outcomes — DAU/MAU, creator retention, stream viewership, community growth, and trade interaction rates.

Evolve design systems and interaction patterns: Support Orbit's fast-moving roadmap while maintaining coherence with the broader OKX design language.

Advocate for culturally-relevant design: Global social behaviour is not monolithic — optimize for local social norms, communication styles, KOL culture, and trust dynamics across a diverse set of markets.

Drive user research and community listening: Build qualitative and quantitative feedback loops with traders, KOLs, and community members to continuously improve the social experience.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Collaborate with product managers, growth, engineering, compliance, content, and marketing to ensure design decisions align with business, user, and regulatory goals.

Be the voice of design within the Orbit org: communicate strategic design value, elevate the craft bar, and influence senior leadership decisions.

Track and report on design impact: define and monitor KPIs aligned to creator acquisition, community engagement, social-driven trading volume, and platform trust.
