Role Purpose
You will lead the delivery of complex, multi-squad digital deliverables across web & app platforms. This role exists to create the conditions for empowered cross-functional teams to succeed. You will act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business teams -translating complex technical and system requirements into clear, actionable plans for both technical and senior business audiences. You will focus on delivery discipline, customer-centric outcomes, risk management, incident triage, and continuous improvement. You will represent digital delivery at executive level, surfacing risks and opportunities, and ensuring that delivery excellence and agile best practice are embedded across all teams.
Main Responsibilities
Lead delivery of large-scale, multi-squad digital deliverables across platforms.
Act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
Translate complex technical and system requirements into clear, actionable plans for technical and senior audiences.
Represent digital delivery at executive level, surfacing risks and driving decision-making.
Drive customer-centric outcomes through delivery of high-quality digital journeys.
Proactively manage risks, remove blockers (both technical and business), lead incident triage, and embed continuous improvement practices.
Champion agile at scale and embed delivery best practice across squads.
Knowledge
Proven experience in leading complex, multi-squad digital deliverables
Extensive and demonstrable experience in successfully managing projects across both front-end and back-end digital technologies and API ecosystems, ensuring scalable, secure, and performant digital consumer experiences.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and digital transformation.
Skills
Ability to represent delivery status and risks at executive level.
Customer-first mindset with a focus on improving digital journeys and outcomes
Skilled in collaborating brilliantly and translating technical digital complexity into clear communication from C-suite through to test suite.
Experience
Significant experience of tools like ADO, Confluence, Jira, ProductBoard, Figma, etc
Experience in risk management, incident triage, and continuous improvement.
