Framework & Process Enhancement
Design and implement enhanced delivery frameworks and standardized processes across multiple teams
Establish clear guidance on when to apply generative vs evaluative research based on decision risk.
Drive improvements by analyzing bottlenecks, implementing efficiency solutions, and measuring impact based on team feedback
Identify opportunities to streamline research operations (e.g., recruitment, tooling, templates) to enable scalable, high-quality discovery
Team Leadership & Mentoring
Mentor Product Delivery Managers and product team members on embedding discovery into delivery practices
Coach Product Managers and Designers to run right-sized research while maintaining methodological rigor
Lead cross-team initiatives that strengthen discovery capability and improve how teams learn before building
Partner with Agility & Performance to enhance team delivery practices and optimize workflows
Strategic Coordination & Influence
Partner with Product, UX Design, Strategy, and Customer Insights to ensure discovery informs roadmap decisions and portfolio priorities
Embed discovery into planning and initiative shaping, influencing when and how teams validate opportunities
Build relationships with senior stakeholders to improve decision hygiene and drive adoption of discovery and delivery best practices
Support high-visibility initiatives by strengthening problem framing and ensuring differentiation is grounded in customer insight
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree required; project/program management certifications preferred
7+ years in product delivery or relevant domain with software development lifecycle experience
Experience implementing delivery processes and agile methodologies across teams
Strong analytical thinking with demonstrated ability to drive process improvements through metrics
Excellence in cross-team coordination and stakeholder management
Proven track record mentoring team members and influencing without authority
