Job Description Summary:

Product Data Analyst

Digital products play a central role in how we create value for customers, support the teams who serve them, and shape the consumer experience. Our product organization brings together small, empowered teams that move with clarity, speed, and purpose, enabling digital to be a meaningful source of advantage across our operating unit.

Our work touches on the experiences that keep the business running, including customer journeys, service delivery, sales workflows, and the systems that connect them. We are raising our standards for product craft and rebuilding the platforms behind these experiences.

We are hiring multiple Product Data Analysts to join our growing Product Data & Analytics function. Analysts are embedded within empowered product teams and partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Researchers to bring data and evidence into everyday product decisions.

About the Role

Product Data Analysts are core members of empowered, cross-functional product teams. In this role, you will help teams deeply understand user behavior, evaluate opportunities, and measure progress toward meaningful outcomes.

You will use data to shape discovery, define success metrics, evaluate ideas, and inform prioritization. Your work will influence day-to-day product decisions as well as broader strategy by turning complex behavioral data into clear, actionable insight.

This role is a strong fit for analysts who enjoy working close to product teams, are curious about how users behave, and are motivated by helping teams learn faster and make better decisions.

  • Design and execute analyses, experiments, and tests (A/B tests, pilots, prototypes) to evaluate product ideas and measure impact

  • Help teams move from output-based tracking to outcome-based measurement

Instrumentation & Data Quality:

  • Define and improve product instrumentation, event tracking, and data structures that reflect real user behavior

  • Partner with engineering to ensure products are instrumented correctly and data is reliable, accurate, and usable

  • Maintain documentation and shared understanding of metrics and definitions

Insight Communication & Influence:

  • Create dashboards, visualizations, and narratives that make insights accessible and actionable

  • Synthesize quantitative findings into clear recommendations that influence product decisions and prioritization
