Horace Mann is seeking a Product Compensation Analyst to support agent compensation across Life & Retirement, Property & Casualty, Supplemental, Inside Sales, and the Horace Mann General Agency. In this role, you will be the go-to partner for agents, answering commission and production inquiries while working directly with business line areas to resolve discrepancies.
You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy by performing root cause analysis, conducting in-depth research with product divisions and HMGA. This position also includes reviewing and resolving error reports, maintaining manual compensation processes, and helping oversee the Agent Compensation mailbox.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you will contribute to the development, training, testing, and monitoring of new processes and programs within agent compensation.

This position is in-office Springfield, IL location with hybrid schedule M-W-F in office & T-Th work from home.
