Work cross-functionally & interdepartmentally to research, develop and maintain Medicare AEP materials. Participate in workgroup(s) to implement process improvements based on Lessons Learned. Write detailed process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures and Process Flowcharts.
Position Purpose: Responsible for development and production of Medicare regulatory required and benefit related materials to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and alignment with administrative policies. Position supports Medicare Solutions portfolio nationwide with presale and member enrollment materials

CMS/Regulatory Medicare guidelines
Strong Excel, Word and SharePoint skills
Proficient using MS Teams and Adobe Acrobat Pro (for editing/review)
Experience working cross-functionally to create Medicare member materials
90% Remote and 10% Travel for office meetings/trainings.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience will be considered. 3+ years experience in communications, or related field. Prior experience developing member communications preferred. Some experience acting as a subject matter expert or team lead preferred.
