Elekta is seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercialization Manager for our Linac portfolio across Eastern Region Europe. In this role, you will drive commercial performance, shape market strategy, and ensure successful product adoption in a region with significant growth opportunity.
You will act as the key connection between regional customers and Elekta’s global product & technology teams—bringing the customer voice into product development and enabling strong commercial execution in the field.
Market Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new and existing Linac products.
Localise product messaging and positioning to fit Eastern European markets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product performance to inform strategy and decision making.
Product Launch & Lifecycle Management
Lead cross‑functional coordination for successful product launches.
Support ongoing portfolio lifecycle management.
Commercial Enablement
Provide sales training, tools, and commercial guidance to field teams.
Support regional pricing and reimbursement activities.
Customer Engagement & Insight
Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
Act as the primary voice of the customer to global business line and product & technology teams.
Gather and communicate customer insights to influence product development and roadmap decisions.
Experience in medical device commercial roles (sales, marketing, market development, or similar).
Knowledge of Linac technology and clinical environments preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Willingness to travel up to 60%.
