About Euc

We’re making good health last a lifetime

More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a significant leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.

Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:

  • We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200.
  • Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.

What’s next?

In 2025, we are charting the path to support hundreds of thousands of patients while launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem.

We’re building the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. This will be highly challenging, very rewarding and the adventure of a lifetime, working with the best operators you will ever encounter.

If that gets you excited, let’s talk!

About the Role

As Product Associate (Community), you’ll treat Juniper’s private community as a living product - one that drives engagement, retention, and long-term member value.

You’ll focus on how the community works: the systems, journeys, content loops, and initiatives that shape the member experience at scale. This role is ideal for someone who loves experimentation, fast iteration, turning insight into action, and making a real impact on member experience.

You’ll partner closely with Community, Creative, and Health Coaching teams to design, test, and improve the community experience using data, feedback, and sharp product intuition.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own community experimentation and iteration

  • Monitor engagement and participation metrics, spotting trends, drop-offs, and opportunities early.
  • Design, launch, test, and iterate community initiatives.
  • Build experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learnings.

Treat community like a product

  • Map member journeys within the community and identify friction points, gaps, and moments of delight.
  • Collect and analyse data to inform iterations.
  • Continuously refine systems, content structures, and rhythms to improve engagement and retention.

Build scalable systems

  • Design and improve workflows for content planning, reporting, experimentation, and initiative delivery.
  • Create clear documentation and processes that allow the community to scale without losing quality.

Translate insight into action

  • Surface learnings and recommendations to improve other areas of the company
  • Use data and observation to drive prioritisation and future experiments, not just report on outcomes.

Who You Are

  • Product-minded and analytical: You’re obsessed with metrics, spotting patterns, and turning data into action.
  • Experimentation-driven: tracking, launching, measuring, and refining is second nature to you.
  • Systems-oriented: You naturally think in flows, structures, and scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes.
  • Community-literate: You may not have formally managed a community before, but you deeply understand what makes communities tick from belonging to trust, culture and shared experiences.
  • Proactive and self-led: You don’t wait for perfect briefs; you identify opportunities and move fast.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments: You thrive in ambiguity and high-ownership settings.
  • Mission-aligned: You care about improving health outcomes and building thoughtful, stigma-free spaces for members.
