Our team is responsible for building and delivering new Predictive Delivery Methodology (PDM) as one SDLC for Freddie Mac. We enable Product teams to deliver efficient, improved quality products to Freddie Mac.
Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to shape product decisions, solution designs, and delivery approaches.
Translate business/Technical needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that drive development.
Run multiple projects or teams simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Support solution design through diagrams, flowcharts, and lightweight architecture or process models.
Apply strong understanding of SDLC and CI/CD practices to help teams navigate delivery challenges.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to refine stories, clarify scope, validate solutions, and support testing and acceptance.
Use Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs, track work, and maintain high‑quality product documentation.
Engage deeply with customers and design partners to understand user needs, behaviors, and value drivers.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
Align stakeholders by synthesizing inputs, negotiating tradeoffs, and communicating a clear, unified product direction.
Continuously identify gaps, risks, and misalignments with strategic goals and recommend improvements or alternative approaches.
Bachelor's/master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related; advanced studies/degree is preferred.
6+ years of experience in software development (with bachelor’s degree)
Experience working with and using Agile/Scrum methodology with active participation in Agile ceremonies; Certification from Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Scrum Alliance preferred but not required
Strong technical understanding of the tools utilized in the DevOps space; Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Helm, Docker, EKS, AWS services
Ability to work effectively and productively in a team or independently
Technology-first mindset, outstanding analytical skills and drive for new technologies and tools
Work in a matrix organization with strong critical thinking skills to understand sophisticated technical interdependencies
Innovative in providing solutions, likes to take on challenges with calculated risk - fail fast and learn fast

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
