Summary:
In this role, you will support the operational success, client adoption, and continued growth of the Capital Spend Insights (CSI) platform. You will serve as a product expert and client-facing partner, performing high-quality Quote Insights Report analysis, delivering user training, and supporting a scalable subscription analytics platform. You will focus on accuracy, data integrity, workflow efficiency, and customer experience to help clients maximize value and achieve measurable financial impact.
Responsibilities:
Complete high volumes of Quote Insights Reports with accuracy, consistency, and adherence to operational standards.
Analyze pricing, benchmarking insights, savings opportunities, and category recommendations to support client decision-making.
Validate data inputs and follow established CSI workflows and quality controls.
Develop clear, professional report commentary that translates analytics into actionable insights.
Serve as a CSI product expert to support report interpretation and platform navigation.
Lead and support client onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing user education.
Contribute to development and maintenance of training materials, templates, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and ensure a strong end-to-end experience.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accuracy, and platform credibility.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of relevant experience related to medical capital equipment and/or similar related medical capital products required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, supply chain, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and insights.
Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with analytics tools, SaaS platforms, or healthcare supply chain environments preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
