The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for 2nd shift Product Acceptance Specialist Lead (Level C) to support the 787 Program SQ Receiving Inspection Team based in North Charleston / Hanahan, South Carolina.

Primary Responsibilities:
Verifies complex product conformance to design requirements.
Provides objective evidence of results.
Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies, and procedures.
Must support inspection and verification of operations Level C and D determined work statement majority of the time.
Identifies and documents discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items.
Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conforming items.
Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
Expertise in generation of all Velocity EPDs (PU, CI, NC, CA).
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry
1+ years of experience Manufacturing Execution System common image (MESci)
1+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be willing to work any shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ year using Velocity, REDARs and/or CMES
Experience identifying critical path analysis, float analysis, schedule impact analysis, recovery planning, root cause analysis, trend analysis, schedule quality metrics, and risk analysis
Mastery of inspection techniques using visual, tactile and tool assisted inspection methods
Experience in a team environment
Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience
787 Program Experience
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma/GED) and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
