Your New Role…
We are seeking a Producer, Sports Programming to join our production team. In this role, you will ideate, create, and produce premium live and non-live video content. With a focus on long-form and short-form shoulder content, you will work across onsite capture, production, and direction to deliver standout content that enhances our premium sports rights across all platforms.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Develop and deliver industry-leading video productions—both onsite and remote—to support our catalogue of premium rights.
Work collaboratively within the production team to create standout shoulder content.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Compliance, Music, Broadcast) to ensure content meets required standards.
Collaborate with the archive team to source footage, manage rushes, and ensure assets are safely archived for future use.
Support live broadcasts and work with digital teams to craft on-screen content.
Qualifications & Experience…
High-level video editing skills, with proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Wildmoka, SCS, and InFlow.
Strong video capture and camera operation experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage talent, commentators, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to demonstrate diplomacy, tact, and integrity, and motivate teams to achieve goals.
Strong organisational skills; capable of working under pressure, handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and making sound decisions in live production environments.
Willingness to work evenings/weekends and undertake occasional travel.
Multi-language skills are an advantage.
