Your New Role…

CNN International is seeking a talented Producer to join our Los Angeles team for a new west coast prime-time show, simulcast on CNN USA and CNN International. You’ll work closely with anchor Elex Michaelson and collaborate with teams in Atlanta to shape the editorial direction and deliver compelling content.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Book guests and manage guest logistics for the show.
• Research and write conversational anchor copy, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with producers on content, scripts, video, graphic elements, and sourcing, ensuring seamless coordination with teams in Atlanta and London.
• Effectively coordinate script, live shot, and interview elements with Associate Producers and/or Producer

Qualifications & Experience...

• Must have a BA or equivalent work experience. 
• At least three years of experience as a producer
• Experience writing for broadcast
• Experience booking guests
• Have a thorough understanding and proven experience in handling international stories. 
• Must have the flexibility to work different shifts.
• Must be able to function efficiently in the high pressure of a breaking news environment.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $87,500.00 - $162,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
