ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
TelevisaUnivision is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Producer to oversee and manage the development, production, and completion of entertainment content.
YOUR DAY-DAY:
- Collaborate with writers, directors, and stakeholders to develop concepts and scripts.
- Secure rights, talent, and funding for projects.
- Create and pitch proposals to networks, studios, or investors.
- Assemble the production team (director, cinematographer, editor, etc.).
- Develop production schedules and budgets.
- Oversee casting, location scouting, and equipment procurement.
- Manage daily operations on set or location.
- Resolve issues related to budget, scheduling, or creative direction.
- Ensure the production stays on time and on budget.
- Supervise editing, sound design, VFX, and final delivery.
- Work closely with post-production teams to ensure quality control.
YOU HAVE:
- Proven experience in producing content (TV, film, digital media, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of production processes and entertainment industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Network of industry contacts (talent agents, production companies, etc.).
- Creative mindset with business acumen
