JOB DESCRIPTION

FoxNXT is FOX Entertainment’s next generation tech innovation studio designed to accelerate how we create, produce, and scale premium storytelling across every business unit. Built around four integrated pillars including R&D, Production, Talent, and Education, FoxNXT develops and deploys AI powered pipelines that redefine creative workflows across animation, unscripted, scripted, and marketing.


The AI Marketing Producer is responsible for building and scaling AI powered marketing and promotional workflows. This role partners with marketing, creative, and production teams to develop innovative, high volume content pipelines that leverage AI to increase speed, personalization, and creative experimentation.

Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.


A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of AI driven marketing and promotional content
  • Build scalable content production workflows from scratch using AI tools and automation
  • Partner with stakeholders to intake campaign needs and translate them into production plans
  • Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics for AI enabled marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and R&D teams to test and deploy new AI tools
  • Oversee production of high-volume assets across social, digital, and promotional channels
  • Optimize workflows for efficiency, iteration, and personalization at scale
  • Track performance and iterate on creative and production strategies
  • Document processes and establish best practices for AI driven marketing production


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing production, creative production, or digital content
  • Experience managing high volume, fast-turn content production
  • Experience with performance marketing, social first content, and digital campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing asset pipelines and campaign execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to build processes in fast moving and ambiguous environments
  • Excellent time management and ability to consistently meet deadlines in high-pressure, fast-paced settings
  • Knowledge of AI tools and automation in creative production

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114,000.00-150,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
