Hexcel is currently seeking a Procurement/Sourcing Industrial Placement Student for our Duxford, UK location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Generate and analyze monthly enterprise KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Perform data analysis on budgets and spending patterns to support financial decision-making.
• Assist in the development of category strategies to drive business objectives.
• Coordinate and consolidate MRO supplier projects (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at delivering targeted savings and enhancing operational performance.
• Support global supplier sustainability programs, ensuring effective implementation and compliance across the supply chain.

Qualifications:

• Currently studying a qualification in Business Studies, Economics, or Finance.
• Strong data manipulation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Power BI advantageous but not essential.
• Understanding of procurement processes advantageous but not essential.
