Role

Smarter Technologies is seeking a Procurement & Vendor Operations Analyst to support the execution and ongoing operation of our enterprise procurement and vendor management function. This role is foundational to ensuring contract governance, vendor onboarding, data accuracy, and reporting discipline across a growing portfolio of operating companies.

The Analyst will work closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders while gaining exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and RFP activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or contracts within a scaling organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Contract & Vendor Operations
    • Coordinate and track execution of vendor agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and renewals
    • Manage contract routing, approvals, and signature collection
    • Maintain accurate vendor and contract records
    • Support vendor onboarding and validation of documentation
  • Business & Stakeholder Support
    • Partner with business owners to document requirements and pricing
    • Liaise between Procurement, Legal, Finance, business teams, and vendors
    • Review pricing schedules, invoices, SLAs, and service descriptions
  • Reporting & Governance
    • Produce reporting on contract activity, vendor status, and spend
    • Support monitoring of vendor performance and KPIs
    • Track corrective action plans and remediation effort
    • Identify over- or under-utilization of vendors
  • Procurement Function Enablement
    • Support RFP development and proposal analysis
    • Document procurement workflows and policies
    • Support rollout of procurement tools and governance

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation
  • Comfortable learning procurement and contract management systems
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Compensation

$90K to $110K
