This is your chance to get a comprehensive view of the procurement process, gaining hands-on experience with various aspects of Purchasing Management. You will be working with various procurement tools, interacting with suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Your working days can include e.g. coordinating general procurement activities, overseeing purchase orders, handling invoicing activities, and effectively navigating goods receipt process within P2P tools.
In addition, you will support Sourcing Managers in sourcing projects, conducting price checks, and ensuring consistency in the knowledge database. Your tasks will also extend to supplier creation and performing due diligence checks.
You'll also have the chance to engage in additional responsibilities, contributing to cost-savings initiatives, process improvements, and actively participating in optimization of our procurement procedures.
The duration of this trainee period is 10-12 months and will start on February 2026. The position is full-time during summer months and part-time (at least 3 days a week) during other times.

Who do we see working in this trainee position?
Our trainee program is aimed at those currently pursuing their studies at university or university of applied sciences.
For this position, we hope that you have studied international purchasing management, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, providing you with a strong foundation in procurement principles. Success in this role will be supported if you have studied courses or gained knowledge in procurement strategies, contract management, and financial analysis during your academic studies. If you have experience in the area such as supplier management or purchase order processing, it will be beneficial for this role, contributing to a smoother integration into our procurement processes. If you have already familiarized yourself with P2P tools, SAP and/or AI, you'll have the opportunity to utilize these skills with us.
