Job Description Summary:
A. JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, contract administration, supplier relationship and performance management, documentation maintenance, spend analysis and KPI reporting, compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and effective stakeholder engagement.
B. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, products, and services; including vendor database management.
- Leading sourcing initiatives of varying scope and scale.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, securing optimal commercial terms and conditions (pricing, delivery, and quality).
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to forecast and plan for strategic sourcing needs.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key suppliers.
- Draft contracts in line with standard corporate templates and policies.
- Coordinate supplier performance management and supplier development.
- Adhering to the corporate standards, including using the defined sourcing tools and processes in delivery of sourcing initiatives.
- Lead and maintain development of local procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Create, develop, and deliver monthly supplier spend and compliance analytics reporting.
- Work with Group sourcing team and other internal customers to ensure internal Procurement Service Level Commitments are met.
- Promote and adhere to Coca Cola’s procedures, policies, and guidelines, including, without limitation, those relating to SHERQ, Trade Law and Code of Business Conduct when sourcing business requirements.
- Lead Statutory Bodies Reporting - Construction Industry Council (CIC) etc.

E. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manager of Self- No direct reports.
F. RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
- Studying towards a Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) designation a must.
- 1–2 years of procurement experience with a solid understanding of supply chain management processes.
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable insights.
G. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
