Title: Procurement Professional - Indirect Sourcing (Legal and Telecom)

Key Responsibilities:
Support Telecom and Legal stakeholders by translating business needs into effective sourcing strategies and supplier engagements.
Lead and support sourcing events including renewals, RFPs, and direct negotiations to deliver cost savings and commercial value.
Manage source‑to‑contract activities for assigned indirect categories, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business requirements.
Partner with Legal to review, negotiate, and manage contractual terms, conditions, and associated risks.
Maintain accurate sourcing documentation and contract records within required systems and tools.
Apply ethical purchasing standards and ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
At least three years of progressive commodity or supply chain management experience, including three years of direct source‑to‑contract experience.
Indirect category management experience with a strong understanding of IT and software procurement concepts, including software licensing, cloud architecture, IT labor SOWs, and software‑as‑a‑service.
Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills, including a working understanding of contractual terms, conditions, and risk mitigation.
Understanding of ethical purchasing requirements and the ability to work collaboratively with Legal to address those considerations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Five years of direct source‑to‑contract experience facilitating bilateral master agreements.
Five years of experience managing IT and software sourcing.
In‑depth experience with procurement and services contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, and hardware sales and service agreements.
