Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving compliance: Implement processes to ensure procurement policies and internal requirements are consistently adhered to.
  • Driving robust procurement requirements in the system environment: Embed procurement-specific needs to support successful S4Hana implementation and assist in standardising procurement operations across the group.
  • Fostering employee in system adoption: Raise awareness by providing guides and learning modules to enhance the user experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs and objectives, and provide training and support to users as required.
  • Process analysis: Conduct regular reviews of current procurement processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Data analysis: Assess the quality and completeness of procurement data and provide insights to support informed procurement decisions.

Requirements

  • University degree in a business-related field or equivalent with 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Proven interest in process optimisation through digitalisation.
  • High proficiency in S4Hana.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
