Job Description:

🎯 Training Objectives

Through this internship, the student will be able to:

  • Understand the comprehensive operations of a Procurement department within an international environment.

  • Develop professional communication skills in English and French applied to the business sector.

  • Learn to monitor the full order cycle and import processes.

  • Acquire knowledge in administrative control linked to invoicing and logistics documentation.

  • Apply digital tools for the management and updating of supplier databases.

  • Become familiar with cross-departmental coordination processes within a multinational organization.

All activities will be geared toward progressive learning and accompanied by specialized supervision.

📚 Training Activity Plan

The intern will participate, always with guidance and a formative focus, in:

  • Learning in supplier communication: Support in managing communications in English and French with national and international suppliers.

  • Order cycle monitoring: Learning the control of purchase orders and delivery deadlines.

  • Administrative control knowledge: Formative review of invoicing, document matching, and file organization.

  • Data management and analysis: Updating the supplier dashboard and maintaining databases using tools such as Microsoft Excel.

  • Introduction to import processes: Understanding international logistics flows and associated documentation.

👩‍🏫 Mentoring and Follow-up

  • The student will be assigned a specialized tutor from the Procurement department.

  • An individualized learning plan with defined objectives will be established from the start.

  • Periodic follow-up and feedback sessions will be held to assess competency development.

  • Coherence between the activities performed and the student's degree will be guaranteed.

🎓 Academic Profile

Compatible Degrees:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in International Trade / International Business.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration and Management (ADE).

  • Bachelor’s in Applied Languages or Translation and Interpretation (Business track).

Languages:

  • English: C1 level.

  • French: B2 level.

Technical Skills:

  • Fluent use of Microsoft Excel.

  • Professional communication in international environments.

  • Analytical capacity and learning orientation.
