Job Overview:
The Procurement Supplier Enablement Representative works with internal stakeholders and suppliers and serves as a partner to provide digital support to suppliers to improve their financial interactions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Works with and supports regional stakeholders to support pre and post go-live supplier deployments utilizing SAP and Taulia for EDI invoice enablement
- Manage integration testing activities with supplier within the Taulia and SAP testing environments.
- Effectively escalate issues to the supplier enablement team lead when issues are identified
- Support Change Management Lead and Coordinator to analyze responses to change, i.e., readiness and change adoption, based on metrics, to build summary slides necessary for updating both the project team and leadership.
- Contact suppliers to inform of upcoming changes and collect additional contact information
- Partner with suppliers to enable relationship to transact electronically with them
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
- 5+ years of experience in shared services, finance, IT, supply chain operations or related field
- Ability to operate multiple software applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, while still demonstrating the ability to pay close attention to the details necessary to deliver quality outcomes on time and in an effective manner
- Proficiency with ERP/EDI testing, SAP preferred, with a basic understanding of associated code
- Systems aptitude, including, but not limited to Excel, Taulia, Ariba, PowerBI, PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP)
- Interpersonal skills with ability to establish relationships quickly and building trust
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
