Lead on global tenders within Corporate Services, delivering savings and tangible benefits to the business.
Develop and manage category and sub-category strategies to drive improved performance and optimise value to Dyson, taking into account regional and national differences.
Influence the business through strong stakeholder and relationship management.
Develop excellent cross-functional collaboration to support delivery of category strategies and initiatives.
Bring drive, energy and pace to category activity, ensuring momentum and visible progress.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and inspire confidence when faced with uncertainty and change.
Role model the Dyson Behaviours, setting high standards for conduct and ways of working.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
MCIPS or working toward MCIPS is desirable.
Proven experience managing Corporate Services subcategories.
Experience of working in a global matrix organisation and managing global tenders.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
Confidence and credibility with excellent communication.
Strong negotiation skills.
Commercially astute, with proven ability to solve problems and drive decision-making.
Capability to deliver excellent results to tight deadlines, working autonomously.
Capability to achieve the best service from a category and create global competitive advantages by actively removing complexity.
