Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Lead service outsourcing negotiations for the Fab, as well as departments in direct support of the Fab.
• Effectively manage annual service outsourcing negotiations to include scope optimization, cost savings initiatives, and performance management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including but not limited to Fab Engineering, Innovation, and Samsung HQ Procurement) to ensure needs of the customer are included in all service outsourcing scope negotiations.
• Participate in setting strategy and achieving business goals in annual service outsourcing agreement negotiations, to include selection of appropriate contract type, appropriate service level coverage, and service quality improvement.
• Experience working with Finance and Legal teams to meet established service outsourcing goals, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in service outsourcing negotiations, specifically sole source.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management -Semiconductor experience a plus
• CPM, CPSM or CPIM certification a plus - Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP system preferred.
• Detail oriented, data driven; ability to analyze and interpret data with an eye towards results and process/system improvement.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.
• MS Excel advanced ability preferred.

The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $156,950. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
