Primary Responsibilities

Troubleshoot Training New users

  • OGOL Administration and Helpdesk

System Outage and Mass communication Execute Manual Data Entry Administrate system user credentials

  • Reporting

Trends for Identifying problems Value/ Statistical Analysis

  • Internal Asset Management

GPS Equipment Tracking Monitor connectivity Reconnect disconnected devices Return unused assets into circulation Monthly evaluation of device status

  • OPTIX Monitoring – 6-18 Months after startup

PPI Monitoring (Prediction Performance Index) Value opportunities Prediction trend confidence

Internal Asset Management

Contribute to Achieve Acceptable Service Level on Assigned Tasks

  • Address “How-To” questions on forms and procedures
  • Create and upgrade SOPs periodically when needed
  • Team leading / mentoring
  • Understand how to attack a data science problem and come with relevant approach(es)
  • Ability to conduct rigorous analysis of data and chart out clear take away(s) from the same
  • Hands on at least 3-4 techniques/Machine Learning Concepts and algorithms such as Linear Regressions, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, SVM, Recommendation systems etc.
  • Be an active team member and execute complex analytical projects by leading and participating in tasks that use advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
  • Work closely with data engineers and product teams to solve real problems
  • Assist in building strong operational processes that help sales teams stay productive and successful
  • Create dashboards, status reports and service reports as well as refine and update existing reports
  • Locate and distribute reference material
  • Follow the direction and guidance provided by the senior team members
  • Take ownership of shared mailboxes and phone inquires
  • Attend the trainings and complete them on time
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Report any issues and offer process improvements as observed
  • Team member must exhibit regular attendance, punctuality, willing to work for extended hours to meet the deadlines
  • Responsibilities may be added or removed as the team is developed.
  • Willingness to work NA and EMEA working hours
  • Willingness to have flexible hours to allow for interactions with other regions.
  • Willing to travel on occasion for training or other meetings
